Ceremony & reception

We keep the ceremony sparse so the space still breathes, then let the reception soften as the evening lowers. Where possible, ceremony flowers are re-set onto the tables — less waste, more continuity.

A floor plan and timing schedule is shared two weeks before the day so every supplier knows where the flowers go and when.
