Seasonal collections

Four releases,never repeated

Four times a year we release a small collection built entirely from what is at its best that month. Each is made in a limited number, in a handmade vessel, and then it is gone.

Ivory anemones and hellebore in a pale stone vessel on a linen-covered table

Collections open on the first Monday of the season and close when the flowers do. Subscribers are offered them first.

We do not force stems out of season or fly them across the world. If a flower is not right this month, it waits until it is.

01

Made in a number

Between sixteen and twenty-four of each. Once they are gone the composition is never remade.

02

A vessel that stays

Every arrangement arrives in a handmade ceramic or pale stone vessel that lives on long after the flowers.

03

Delivered by hand

Local delivery in water, with a care card and a pressed keepsake stem from the same batch.

Spring collection of narcissus, hellebore and flowering branches
01

First Light — spring

Deliberately thin. A few branches, a few bulbs, a lot of air — built to look unfinished on purpose, because that is what March actually is.

Summer collection of cream garden roses, sweet pea and cosmos
02

Long Afternoon — summer

Full, warm and slightly overgrown. Made in the mornings while the garden roses are still cool.

Autumn collection of dahlias, dried grasses and rosehip
03

Slow Turning — autumn

Deeper in colour, drier in texture, made to last well past its season. Most of it will still be beautiful in December.

Winter collection of white anemones, hellebore and seed pods
04

Quiet White — winter

Almost colourless, and all the better for it. White flowers against grey light in a pale stone vessel.

We would rather release sixteen honest arrangements than three hundred convincing ones.

FLEUR — studio principles
